Outdated German Emergency Skins x.x.x.x

Another shift ruined the deadline, sorry about that, yet I'm finally able to present an all over PBR update for each skin. There's the one or other really small error that I still gotta update these days, buuuuut for now that should be it.

Changelog:

• Updated all skins (except ETK 1300, MAN) to PBR
• Fixed the H-Series completely, setup new configs
• Added an undercover LED beacon light for the bastion (federal police vehicle)

More is to come!

Known issues, things that will be changed:

• The front flashers of the H-Series isn't perfect for each config, as the fascia shape changed
• License plates switched back to generic ones, in general I'm gonna remake a few of 'em
• Thumbnails - The screenshot generator didn't want to start for me, neither did the old generator work for me, so I'll definitely sit on that for a bit

Now then, thanks a lot for the support in 2021, for sticking with me even tho there weren't as many updates. It's been one hell of a ride through studying and I'm happy that I'll still have time to work on these skins and light bars.
