Good Priborka (Tacho, Forced Induction) 1.0

This update include some changes:
total "clean" of code and his refactor
added a hide image1 layer on 140 unit of speed
fixed inductiontext8-9-10p to not hidden while transform not included to their, add small script to check 1-10p text's in transform every 5 seconds
delete a worse inductionTODO folder because out of plans to next updates
delete a little perfomance thief and no needing functions on tacho and induction's code
