Unsupported GPACK 0.11.4b

I forgot to actually INCLUDE the files for the resized Type 2 and Sand Star rims. This patch adds them.

The Hand-Me-Down Pessima as a result should work now.

THE MOD STILL HAS ISSUES IN 0.10. ANOTHER FIX IS UNDERWAY
