Quick Fix 0.10.2

This HOPEFULLY fixes every issue that came up in 0.10 and wasn't fixed in 0.10.1. File size is also just a bit smaller due to optimizations (aka removing unneeded Photoshop files, they can be very big).

I forgot to actually INCLUDE the files for the resized Type 2 and Sand Star rims. This patch adds them.

The Hand-Me-Down Pessima as a result should work now.
