Outdated Grand National LeGran (w/ Open Exhaust V6 Sound) 1.3

Yes, again, a year later... i've been busy... too much games to play and lots of work IRL... well, most of you can see i've been away for a while.

So, to the Changelog:
- Re-Tuned the realistic Grand National 4 Speed Automatic to it's realistic ratios;
- Reworked the engine's jbeam;
- Actually added the GN's 4 Speed Auto to the configuration, and some suspension tweaks for a more realistic feel;
- Updated both of the configuration's stats (0-100, 0-60, etc..)
