Grant Gooseneck Wedge Car Trailer 1.2b

Hi all. I just wanted to drop a couple minor hotfixes I've made for the trailer in this update. I unfortunately haven't gotten around to the easier ramps that most people want, however I have gotten around to the following.

• Changed brand decals from yellow to orange
• Fixed inverted license plate
• Fixed landing gear stickers moving with wrong tuning menu values
