Alpha Harzer Mountain Tuning: Expanded Modern ETK Aftermarket Support 2.3.1 - Public Release

Hello everyone, and welcome to v2.3 of Harzer Mountain Tuning! This update marks a significant milestone as we release a package for the "final*" engine left to be supported by HMT. But don’t worry, this is far from the end! There’s still much more in store for the future of HMT and I have a lot planned for 2025.

After spending a lot of time on HMT in the autumn, I decided to take a mental break and focus on something new and return to HMT with a clear head in January in order to avoid burnout. During my work on The Lightweight Collection (https://tinyurl.com/thelightweightcollection), I felt inspired to push the Bastion platforms further, specifically the Battlehawk and Redtail variants.

At the time of posting this, Blacksite Engineering should be live to the Repo with content for the BattleHawk and RedTail Bastions, Gavril MD Series, as well as some add ons for @LucasBE 's new and phenomenal Barstow IV!
