Heartland Havoc Ultra 4 Off Road 1.24

Lots of pretty big updates coming to the track.

Biggest thing is the beginnings of some spelunking on lap 3...


Also updated one of the bridges on Lap 2, testing that to see if its worth updating the other one

Added some speed suggestions for anyone that has had a hard time getting some of the bonus lines right... They should be pretty easy to do consistently without killing cars, just mind your speed.

Some tweaks to the qualifying course as well

Last thing was trying to make the map look a little bit less crappy, tried messing a little bit with textures and decals to make the ground look a little better, added a parking lot to try and fill some space, more to come trying to make the map look a little better than my others.
