Unsupported Hirochi CCF2 Pre-Rework 2.1.0

This is a small update to fix the many bugs you guys have mentioned, and add the off-roadster back

Changelog:
- Added the ability to remove the sunvisors for the rollcages
- Removed I6, and both I4s as they didnt work (especially the Diesel I4)
- @Finn Wilkinson 's Off Roadster returns

- Volume control labels flipped
- AWD transfer case removed
- Start exhaust fume issue sorted (it still isnt completely good annoyingly)
- Roof controls removed
- Drift steering (i think the limit may be too high for the steering rack)
- Removed Herobrine
- Small tweaks
- LHD and RHD configs checked through, sorted out any misplaced clutches
- Belasco Police now LHD, and with a Californian Numberplate

- Removed Ultra Heavy duty engine mounts as they're instable


Jbeam improvements may happen in the near future, and there are still bugs I'm yet to get through. Please be patient, as these are likely more time consuming issues.

Also, the BCPD has no lightbar made specifically for it, this will be sorted out in the next update too.
