Hirochi SBR Double Screen 2.0

Continuing my personal mods remastering process, it's time to redo the SBR Double Screen from the ground up.

The new features from 2.0 are:

• Mod fully redone from scratch, discarding old assets and outdated methods and files.
• Updated all configs and thumbnails up to 0.23 versions.
• The new large upper screen doesn't distort the displayed content anymore.
• As for the lower screen:

• Fixed eSBR 800 Double Screen preset loading some regular SBR4 parts
