It feels like there was little to no effort put into the mod, just alot of code slapping from official vehicles. Some of the "turbo" engines aren't even turbocharged or have options for turbos, they just have the torque curve of the real engine naturally aspirated. Specifically the L3B and LM2.

      Author's Response
It says BETA for a reason
The lm2, and l3b still need work and a turbo/model will be added later, but the torque curve is with the turbo and not the n/a variants, AS THEY DONT EXIST!
ALSO worth noting that the engine curves are from GM dyno graphs posted by gm in the early 2000's to modern times, some older
NOW for the "official code" the only "official code" are the bolide motor and the darn pigeon motor in the pickup, this also applies to the bastion motors and all 3 of those swaps are also a wip, like the WHOLE ENGINE PACK.

Good to hear you added cams and heads, people are gonna like that. And as promised and well earned, I give a 11.5/5.

1 star terrible mod, NAH! This is a great mod and I give it a 7/5 ratting. My favorite mod before I started making my own engines. The only thing I would recommend is a cam for some engines as there are few engines other than my own on the repo that have a cam (Actually, none that i know of). I think that would take your mod from a 7/5 to a 11.5/5.
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
I always thought of that, speaking of which I have revamped my eldred motors to have heads and cams that may be out soon. Thank you for your review!

Pretty cool mod with some nice engines. few suggestions: 305 v8, Oldsmobile 350 diesel (was offered for a few years on trucks) Detroit 6.2 diesel.
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
Thank you, I will add those as I think I can thing the graphs for those, for the diesel, LF9 in the pack aka the rpo code, Oldsmobile diesel

really great mod, but GM is gonna replace the LM2 with the LZ0, which bumps power to 305 hp and 495 lb ft of torque. are you gonna add the LZ0? and change the sound of the lm2 because it sounds a little bit unrealistic
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
The LZ0 I had no clue about, and for engine sounds I really cant find any, so I use the beamng I6 diesel sound for it, if you know of places where I can get engines sounds please let me know, Thank you.

Great mod. Tons of high quality engines. One issue I noticed is when the mod is active it breaks the pigeon and wigeon. Also the vortec 4300 appears as an inline 6 when it should be a v6.
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
NOW, for the wigeon and pigeon issue I did not know, ill fix that in the next version, the reason why is due to the i3 being in the pickup/roamer, anyways FOR the vortec v6 being an i6 model, I know that as beamng does not have a v6 model for the truck, but later down the line ill change the i6 model to a v6, thank you for your feedback

Great pack, but some of the engines are not quite tuned right, or at least to the way I was expecting. The LM2 Duramax was way more powerful than it probably should be from the way it drove (I didn't look at the powercurve, but there is no way without WOT you should spin near as bad as that thing did. But this pack has great potential, so def give it a try.
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
Numbers are accurate to the engine torque numbers based off of stock numbers, they are indeed tuned correctly

Good! Mind making those engines available to the barstow and roamer? Thanks.

I plan on adding all engines to all cars, and since the bastion came out I may even stuff that motor in a few cars

Could you add these to the CB-40 mod? I currently drive a new BlueBird 7.3L gas bus and have been wanting to have a mod that can somewhat re-create what I drive!
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
If it was a vehicle in the game, I would say yes, But since the CB-40 is a mod I would have to ask for permission to add said engine

very great mod lots of options thank you, I have one question though, how much horsepower does your Eldred's 20litre v8 have? I'm trying to find what engine is the most powerful but I'm not sure which, I think that one has the most but I'm not entirely sure.
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
The Eldred 20.0 is the most powerful in there at the moment, the most powerful diesel is the eldred 7.7L, that makes power as it gains rpm and that is a huge wip when it comes to the preset rpms

Fantastic work! Are you only doing your custom engines and GM ones or will engines from other companies be added?
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
I really dont know yet, for now I think ill stick with gm and detroit and my own custom engines

Can you add the Duramax 2.7,2.8 or 3.0l diesel?
    1. hunter-eldred-gaming
      Author's Response
The durmax 3.0L is the LM2 (the factory name for it), though I will look into the 2.7 and 2.3 and add those into the pack
