found OEM dyno charts from gm and updated numbers to be more accurate

L8T (6.6, was already in the pack but renamed it is all)
LV1 V6 (4.3, also added a stage 3 turbo charger, should work on any I6)

Renamed any GM automatic to have "GM" in the front, still have to do this for manuals but its fine

So to go with the GMC engines I added the spicer transmissions, irl gmc used the B variant of that transmission and ford used the D variant and in 1960 chevy used the F variant

Other Vehicles

Barstow got Vortec engines updated and the LQ9 added

Bluebuck got all Vortec engines like the barstow except it also got the LS1 and LS7, tbi parts need to be added to both barstow and bluebuck older vortecs

Also fixed pigeon issues
