Added WIP 5.0L I6 diesel for d-series and ETK for all to goof around with
Added WIP 2.2L and 4.0L I4 for d-series and 2.2 for ETK
Added some eldred v8's for ETK
Added stuff for 200BX
Added 200BX 2.4L to covet for FWD
Added eldred I6 for ETK I series
I plan to overhaul this whole mod SOON!
