Unsupported Ibishu Covet Powertrain/Wheels Pack 1.4

WARNING: File name has changed so the old version must be deleted in order for this version to work.

With the initially unsuccessful release of the Covet Powertrain Pack due to a mod packaging error, the time taken to upload a fixed version has allowed me to vastly expand the pack, adding many new things to improve the quality of this mod:

Added MR Turbocharger to all engines
Added GTZ Turbocharger to all engines
Added new ECU options to all engines
Adjusted 1.2 Inline 4 for smoother performance above 7500 RPM
Removed extra Nitrous Oxide System slot from: 2.0 DOHC Inline 4 in mid engine layout
Added new transmission
Added new flywheel
Added new final drive options
Added new engines: 0.9 SOHC Inline 3, 0.6 DOHC Inline 3
Added new wheels: Ibishu Turbo Wheels (13x5, 13x7, 14x5.5, 14x7, 14x8, 15x7) (Silver/Gold)
Added new configurations
Added thumbnails to configurations
Added descriptions to configurations
Replaced 1.2 DX configuration with 1.1 DX
Various tweaks throughout mod
