Ibishu Covet Truck/Covup 1.1

Hey everyone, I'm finally releasing this long overdue update, I apologize for the long wait!

This update mainly focusses on fixing/improving critical issues, so theres only a small amount of new content.

Changelog:

So I've realized the suspension was very overweight and that there were some wrong drivetrain values adding too much friction.
A "default" Covup truck now weighs about 35kg less
A Covup truck with offroad susp and 3 link now weighs about 100 kg less
You've probably noticed how much slower it is compared to a default Covet, but now it can actually somewhat keep up. A side effect to this is that it oversteers slightly more which may be more realistic.

• Implemented the new cargo box loads (8x will be added later)

- Improved drivetrain friction values
- Changed rear bumpers & tailgate slightly
- Removed unnecessary coltris on rollbar
