Beta Ibishu Diadem 1.2.1 Emergency Hotfix

Due to the large amount of complaints and negative reviews, brakes now come included with the mod.

Finally, over 1 year later, the update is finished, but frankly, I have kinda forgotten the changelog. Miata lover did most of the work.
Anyway, this is probably the final Diadem content update, not counting fixes. It has been an eventful 2 years of development but it is time to step up a notch. Keep you updated.
