Ibishu Recreational Products 3.2

- Fixed the phantom rotation issue with the Sea-Geon.

- Redid most of the rear jbeam on the PTC to add some basic rear suspension.
- Rear suspension uses a single coilover this comes as either a regular or adjustable one.

- Added The Ibishu Sea-Geon: A new small PWC that uses a pigeon drivetrain. Comes with 3 configs
- Fixed camera center on the PTC
- Added a tow hitch and snorkel to the PTC
- Fixed the first person camera audio thanks to TDK
- Added new 1-speed adjustable auto-clutch transmission for the Sea-Geon

- Added a new vehicle: The Pigeon Terrain Cycle
- Reworked Putteron Transmission to use an Auto-clutch rather than a torque converter.

Removed unnecessary in order to reduce file size.

- Added an electric motor directly to the rear axle(the model is from Vivace)
- Added 3 KWh battery(that looks just like a fuel tank)
- 3 new configs
- Added proper thumbnails

The electric motor coding did take a lot of references from the pigeon EV mod by thatjackguy.

- Improved many of the J-beams.
- Added an engine cover for the 1300 I4
- added a 1-speed auto for the I4 and an extended shifter.
