Unsupported Ibishu Zwölfette (200BX V12) Finale

To everyone who tried this mod,
Thank you.
I am officially ending support for this mod, as I don't have any more plans for it, except for a full remaster (stay tuned!!!).
So thanks again!
The mod still works, I added a livery for the Hipra and fixed some color selection issues.
Hope you have fun!

Patch notes:
- Added normal Ibishu wheels to all configs
- All stats in the vehicle selector are more-less accurate (depends on how much did changing the wheels to others with the same size do), but quick note: all acceleration tests were made with race tires to prevent the times from being extremely high due to wheelspin
- Added race V12 that can rev to 12k+, with different sound and higher performance, currently this isn't used by any config, but this will propably change if I add more.

Before it was even approved, the mod had a critical bug that is fixed here. You can use it normally now without noticeable issues.
