Beta Improved Dual Clutch Transmissions 3.0

Changes:

- lowered initial upshift point to 2nd gear

- reworked downshifting with throttle input. It should be more consistent and smoother, most noticeably when downshifting by 1 gear

- when in "S" and "M", downshifting and throttle input is 0 , the gearbox uses the same revmatch as with throttle input for sportier shifts

- fixed engagement glitch when downshifting by 2 gears

- when gearbox is in 2nd gear, vehicle speed is lower then 20kph, clutch is not yet engaged and input throttle is higher then 60%, the gearbox now downshifts to 1st gear then wait to cemplete engagement

- tweaked gearboxes aggression

- fixed autodownshift in M


- SBR and Sunburst are removed due to problem I didn´t solve yet
