Beta Improved Navigation Map 0.3.1

Version 0.1.3 Changes:

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the map flickering when going at higher speeds (If this still occurs please let me know the speed you were going at and the map this occured on)
- Fixed it not working at all on maps such as endless highway
- Fixed roads becoming a mess on smaller maps (again)

Additional Notes:
Endless Highway does not have the roads render on map, this is because the map does not use the traditional roads the editor offers, this is also the reason why AI does not follow the road on the map and instead usually drifts off to the sides
