Bug Fixes:
- Made the zoom much more reliable when changing zoom levels quickly with smooth zoom enabled

New Settings:
- Toggle Speed Tied Zoom (default functionality, this allows you to disable it)
- Toggle Scale Map Elements with zoom (new function, allowing you to see vehicles even if you are really zoomed out)
- Lock North (make map always point north)
- Toggle Grid (Whether or not to display the grid)
