    This is amazing!The normal gearboxes in the game take way to long to upshift when you drive normal.

    Are gears 3 and 4 supposed to have the same ratio?

      That's exactly how it works.
      Torque converter is allowed to lockup in gears 4 and 5.
      Gear 4 is actually 3rd gear, but i can control when beamng shifts to the '4th' gear, thus controlling when the torque converter locks up in the actual 3rd gear.

    Love it! Would be great if you could pare it to a 5 speed auto, that would totally fit the car!

      I think I will, I think having another gear at the low end, say one that tops out at 40mph or so will do the trick, it'll make the car feel a lot more responsive at lowspeed and off the line

    Very good job! Feels amazing. Would love one for pickup and the roamer :) ive seen you have one for them but i think it just for realistic behaviour and not smooth accelerating will download it soon to check it out
