Update for BeamNG 5.0
- Update car configurations to new BeamNG 5.0 format.
- Set driveability to -1 on all nearby roads to force AI to drive only on the roads which belong to this scenario.

Better race experience
- Changing starting position, to prevent side by side driving of the opponents.
- Adding some road barriers next to checkpoint 3 to prevent missing the checkpoint by cutting the corner.
- Higher AI aggression to make the opponents faster, although this doesn’t seems to do much.
- Using skins on the opponents.
- Wheels of opponent 3 changed to black racing wheels.
