Innocent Customs Gavril DI-Series 1.2

I have noticed (right from release) that there were some things just missing, like fitting wheels for the TTSport and Knallhart configs. That has been taken care of, as well as the engines overtorquing on the Drag and Knallhart config. The Innocent Customs livery now shows on the bed cover as well, as I had to manually add a properly UV mapped cover as the current one is a little broken... Please fix that, Devs! Thank you very much. The other covers are properly UVd btw
