Italiano Motors Velocity RX 2.55

Fixed the dashboard gauges that was not working correctly on the Police config.
Fixed roof headliner that was in incorrect position on the Police confiq.

Added a new confiq: Police Interceptor.
Updated one confiq name from "V8 Police" to "Police Undercover".

Added a new confiq: Street Tune

Added a new confiq: Stanced (has a different body with different spoiler).
(I tried to keep it still "drivable" and not go overly stanced).
Added a new set of wheels.
RWD transfercase added.
New confiq icons.

Added Flat 6 Dakar, Inline 4, Inline 5 Turbo, V10 and V6 Race engine confiqurations.

Updated the interior, fixed some bugs and added some small details.
