Fixed the steering, the beamng update broke it.

Wheels won't explode and wing won't come off just by driving it normaly
Fixed some stuff, next update I will add turbos and some bash bar for the back and front. Also I fixed the aerodynamics, its now better at cornering but is a bit unstable at high speed.
