Japan island map 1.3

• update info:
  • fixes:
    • fixed some clipping folliage
    • fixed missing material
    • fixed blurry road markings and decals
    • fixed cherry blossoms visibility from afar
  • optimization:
    • added occlusion volumes which might slightly increase performance and stability
    • replaced water blocks with rivers which might increase stability
    • slightly optimized water reflections
    • foliage LOD's improved, should look better and perform better
  • added:
    • Garage 2 Garage mission
    • traffic now stops at yield/ stop signs
    • working gas stations
    • added couple of EV charging stations
    • foliage now has sounds when being diven through
    • foliage now has wind animation
  • P.S I would further improve the map, But I am currently working on a new map. This map was a great learning step.
  • One big issue still stands with map lagging when zoomed out or when in map mode, has to do with reflections but couldn't pinpoint the issue or find a solution.
