Experimental JATO and Ram Plow for Everything 3.1

I was waiting for the devs to add a license plate design slot to the Dunekicker but they still didn't so I added the JATOs in the additional modification slot for it instead and I'm posting this update now. Changelog:

• Fixed UI icons not appearing, they are a bit buggy now but it's a game bug and the same happens on the vanilla bus, can't fix that
  
• Added support for all the new vehicles
• Added a new experimental option that puts the water floating ability from the Wydra on any car. It was just a test but turned out well. Will work better on lighter vehicles, the Pigeon floats very well while the T-Series still sinks for example.
