Experimental JATO and Ram Plow for Everything 2.7

This update adds 2 things. One is the Wendover support, but that's probably not as interesting as the second thing: JATO SNOWMAN!

A quick guide how to use it:

1. Press F to get out of the car (DO NOT DELETE THE CAR AFTERWARDS!)
2. Open the vehicle configuration menu while being outside of the car.
3. In the parts menu, for the Visual Meshes choose "Snowman with JATO":
   
4. Due to a bug in the current version of the game (might get fixed), adding key bindings with a mod doesn't work properly. So you have to set your own binding to use the JATO:
   
5. To fly just use your binding, unfortunately the only way to see your snowman character is using the free cam (Shift+C)

7. You can also set infinite fuel in the sub-slot like for the normal JATO rocket,
