Beta JS' Hillclimb/Time Attack Parts 0.5.2

Adds various hillclimb/time attack parts + custom configs to a variety of vehicles.

  1. v0.3.1 - Minor improvements and fixes for Covet

    - Fixed normals on Covets front right splitter strut
    - Improved texture for interior side of Covet Rear Panel
    - Tweaked the Covet FWD config so it doesnt wheelspin as much mid corner
    - Made the vanilla Covet GTC spoiler compatible with the mods GTRX spoiler
