Beta Judd V8 and drift suspension for bolide 1.1

in this update I added a drift config and fixed the suspension inverting it self. i also experimented with a new limiter sound for the engine. also added window stickers. make sure to give me any cretiques in the comment section or on my YT page. finally if you use this mod in a video make sure to tag me at @burntnugget1223
