Kassoro Roketto 1.0

Here I have a mod originally designed for Failraces series, the following is the description from that posting

"Named the Kassoro Roketto (tarmac rocket in English) it has two 1999cc inline 4 20 valve engine varients built for it.
The first is a 409HP road engine (a well balanced engine capable of almost 30MPG) and the second is a 503HP race tune (much better power, much worse economy).
Both variants hit the limiter at 9900RPM (this is the upper limit of what the engine can take.

Being race built the car is stripped out of any unnecessary weight and it tips the scales at 1221KG (not the lightest but not too bad for something with 500HP+, it also has huge brakes and beefy semi-slick tires."
