-1989 Ibishu Pessima Rotary configs

-unified all SR-TEC V6 engines to have the signature SR-TEC blue valve cover

-a ton of under-the-hood optimizations, the mod has lost over 50MB of size

-Sunburst coupe unibody jbeam reworked slightly
-1994 Pessima Zenith config rework, including Rennspecht, Black Series, and cylinder deactivation (@DaddelZeit) on SR-TEC models
-200BX notchback and coupe unibody jbeam rework in line with the base game
-updated 1985 Ibishu Pessima pop up headlight textures to use the base game textures

Bugs:
-the front indicator on the xenon signia lights is mirrored, will be patched soon
-200BX digital cluster speed readout is currently only KM/H, will also be patched shortly.

Unfortunately I did not keep a tight changelog this version due to some mental health issues, but hopefully this is in-depth enough for most of you. As usual, bug reports go in the discussion thread as well as any questions.
