In surface this is a great map, but I unfortunately have to agree with a lot of what Zeit said but mostly down to the fact the custom assets have very little effort put into them as far as texture work goes. The fact that the roads carve right through several hundred meters in some places also makes me believe that you did not think about bringing a sense of logic to your road network.
I also have to be harsher because you've been in this community for so long and have done better stuff in the past, but at this point it feels like you're going down the route of "if it's good enough then that's all I need" and I find it extremely depressing considering your skill level; you've accustomed us to better standards than this :/

I believe this map has potential that you have not been able to bring out, it's a great project, but it's only decent at a glance. A good practice you could try is to look at it objectively and think about what you could improve, I'm sure you'll find lots of stuff.

Love your work but this one simply ain't it.

Great map! Definitely reminds me of The Rocky's and western US a tiny bit, just with a fictional city. The only thing I could suggest is to make the airport hangers farther from the runway, but not a big deal if it's left there. Thanks for the map!

This map is very poorly made.
90% of the assets are reused vanilla assets, and the custom created ones are lackluster at best. The ice cream shop area uses the same concrete material for everything, just with different vertex color. The LODs of the skyscrapers don't match the textures of the higher detail model and also don't seem to change the actual geometry. The custom gas station opposite of the city has a very basic, low quality model and a bunch of UV errors while also using the same concrete material for everything.
The road layout is so utterly nonsensical and ridiculous: roads should follow the shape of the terrain and don't just slice right through. One can very clearly see where you just went into flatten, drew a line and smoothed it afterwards. Merely using tunnels and getting rid of duplicate parallel roads would massively improve the current situation. There also is no detail on cliffs at all, usually the game has rock meshes sticking out.
Your "PBR Textures" apparently consist of clicking on Materials V1.5 and only using the base color and normal map of the original material, even linking to the map of origin. To not do this is basic mapping knowledge. Previously transparent materials appear fully filled in due to a lack of opacity map.
If I were the one who commissioned this map I'd feel scammed out of my money.

I absolutely love this map! The scenery is genuinely beautiful, however I wish the city was a tad bit bigger as there is room behind for it to expand and it is pretty small. Hopefully that will come in a future update :D

Very beautiful map! Looks very realistic and on par with the vanilla maps whilst being humungous for roaming about! However one minor thing I find is that the scaling of some buildings and most roads is off, as in too big. But otherwise stupendous work!
