Overhaul of Ouerbacker's old desert map

  1. Annual maintenance

    - added refueling feature to Tomahawk and Corney's
    - did small fixes to ground covers and lighting
    - cleaned up some junk from the files
  2. Feature Update: Parked cars

    Changes:
    - added parked traffic vehicles and road signs
    - small fixes to roads, ground covers, and ambient audio
    - time trials are now reversible
    - included a 22-part railroad building kit to the map assets

  3. Trilobite conflict fix

    ltntai
    - One old tunnel element removed, now you can see through the tunnel from a greater distance.
    - A few badly placed decals corrected, some added
    - Trilobite colored jersey barriers are now independent objects. Some how my paint job overwrote red and white barriers in West Coast, but nowhere else.
    - Dayscale set to 1 instead of 0.5
    - All roads should now be slightly more visible from air.
    - Added an unauthorized 1/8 mi drag strip between the ruins and the town. Get your timer here...
