Long Travel Crawler Suspension + Transfer Cases 2.4.1

Hello all that will read this update. Major updating on the file packaging regarding the LUA has been done. What this basically means is that any vehicle can easily use the transfer cases without any dumb copy/paste mumbo jumbo that would've had to been done previously (super easy mod vehicle support). What this will also mean is that the bindings for the doubler and the rear disconnect are now under the "vehicles" tab, rather than "vehicle specific" like before. Don't worry, they haven't disappeared! They'll be bound to numpad 9 (doubler) and numpad 3 (rear disc.) by default. Happy trailing all!
