Unsupported Luuks Tyre Thermals and Wear Mod 1.3

Update v0.2:
- Improved overall calculations for a nicer and more realistic feel;
- Fixed up slippery surfaces generating heat, so you can now touch astroturf and grass run off without ruining your tyre temps;
- Made wear and thermals slightly less harsh on grip loss for slightly more realism;
