Luxury LWB ETK 800 Sedan - Rennspecht 8Re 1.0

Final update before 1.0, if you find any bugs, or if you have any suggestions, please let me know!

- Made the LWB body heavier (the entire config went from 1721kg to 1844kg)
- Added extended versions of all exhaust types
- Added extended wide rear suspension (why? good question)
- Added tinted glass
- Added 8Re front bumper
- Added interior panel to separate the main interior and the trunk
- Added fake LWB exhaust tips, this way you can make normal lenght exhausts from other mods look like they fit the LWB body
- Added screens (normal and large) for rear passengers
- Fixed extended rear door panel UV's
- Removed vent on rear center console
- Various other small changes
