Matt's Custom Builds 3.0

It's been a good while, hasn't it?

Well, let me present you the biggest update for this mod yet. This update contains many new configs, quality-of-life improvements, and several changes to the existing configs.

Without further ado, let's dive straight into it!

Major changes:

• removed all Covet content: this is done so I can spend time remaking new Covet configs after the remaster dropped;
• redid all horsepower/torque numbers (if I missed any please let me know), massive props to @supaunltd for teaching and explaining me how to convert imperial units to metric units
• completely redid the Barstow Restomod config: it actually looks and feels like a proper restomod now
• renamed I-Series Slayer config to Tarmac Torpedo
• repainted 200BX Drift School config
• redid and renamed Bolide 5th Ann. config

Relatively minor changes/improvements:

• fixed Sunburst Babymobile's bad handling by changing the front tires, thanks to @lilexjecto for pointing this out
• redid ALL thumbnails TWICE due to improved graphics, once in v0.25 and once more in v0.26
• tweaked alignment and suspension setups for various cars to make them drive better
• Improved/fixed some descriptions
• and probably many, many other things I forgot about

New content:

• Lots of new configs, including but not limited to:

1. purpose-built drag cars
2. redneck-spec, tire-shredding drift cars
3. a drift bus
4. a glider based on the Piccolina
5. slightly eyebrow-raising drift missiles
6. gamblers and offroaders
