Maza 7B8B 2.0

I've Added a simple engine mesh, and fixed the power curve to more accurately replicate the R26B -WITHOUT THE SILLY TURBO- (though the turbo is still available)... The engine is limited to 9000RPM unless you put in the Qualifying Engine Management.

There lots of other small changes too, like a better collision mesh, reduced drag to achieve real speeds, the rear axles move with the suspension, and there's a better handling tune (though it might be a bit too oversteer-y for keyboard).
