Beta Melmoth Land Liner 1.2

Nekkit suggested that I add a conventional tow hitch so that any car could tow it.
Please note that because of its weight, most cars will just bottom out and drag the trailer feet.

T-Series config had minor discrepancies.
Deck staircase can now be opened from both sides.
