Experimental Metric Gauges for Soliad Wendover 0.4.66

Well, after 4 months of huge disasters... I'm back again now.

And yes, this update fixed the gauge's jbeam issue as someone's noticed. (also added the file "wendover_gauges_screen_off.color.dds" which idk how to make it working atm)

This update added odometers feature that is introduces in v0.26 update. (Obviously, yes. But it's a quick implementation so yeah..)

And, of course... It's been 6 months after the previous update, and I still proud that this thing is still popular today... Oh! I'm also working on a RHD version of this lovely Wendover too (which I've already posted while ago, but the progresses moving slowly due to my regular life and...

Improved the speedo functions in gauges_screen.js and scaled the numbers from 120 km/h to 220 km/h (Suggested by @RenAzuma66 )

Although the gaps between number are little bit off and inaccurate for some reason, but it still considers this as a workaround anyways...
