  1. Water Wonderland + New Direction

    • Renamed mod and ZIP file to reflect new direction.
    • Renamed existing plate to "Water-Winter Wonderland."
    • Added "Water Wonderland" plate.
    • I've also decided I want to go in a new direction with this mod where I add more Michigan plates, including the 2001-2006 white-on-blue, 2007-2013 blue-on-white, 2013+ blue on white, and the 2014+ bridges plate.
