Outdated Microcar Pigeon 0.7

Fixes:

• Changed engine friction slightly

New parts:

• Aftermarket intake
• Straight through exhaust
• Aftermarket internals

Might make a tuned up config using those parts later, idk

• fixed the starter
• made crawling feel more natural
• made engine fan functional both aesthetically and performance-wise
• added one-speed 1:1 "transmission" (without reverse!)
• added 2 Nm to the engine
• also made a ghetto fix for the brakes by reducing the config's brake force to 60%, but it's just temporary and will probably get an actual reliable fix soon
