    To everyone wondering why this is here or asking why it isnt a DCT, this seems to be based on a real the real-life BMW auto 10spd that stopped being produced because, as said in the post, they were worried it would hurt sales for their 8spd autos. True story of a real transmission

    gotta day i’ve been using this and it’s so great. It drives so well. And after doing some tests, found that it is faster than the other 3 modern etk trans choices. Doesn’t quite work with diesels but oh well. Well done!

      Sorry that it's taken me forever to reply (notification must have gotten dismissed), but that is a common trend I've found just playing around with making automatics. For whatever reason diesel engines never get along with them, especially if you add much power at all.

    It's so awesome to drive with this gearbox ! Really responsive (not like all the automatics transmissions in this game). I don't know if it's really accurate compared to real life but it feels 10x better than the official transmissions !

      It's inspired by Honda's 10 speed, I just turned it up a notch. Gear changes are a bit peppier than the real deal and the down/upshifts are obviously far more responsive. I kept Honda's gearing the same though, so paired with a 3.55 diff you'd be reasonably close to the 10 speed Accord.

      I'd love to publish the version I made for the Sunburst (1.8L with the RS turbo is VERY close to the Accord), but the gear readout doesn't function the way I want and I haven't looked into trying to get that right.
