Outdated Modern ETK Pushrod V8 8.0

Adds a new 6.6L Twin Turbo V8 Diesel Engine!

DELETE your old angry_bird_etk_lt2 files, this update WILL override the old files!

FOUR different blocks (Stock, Heavy Duty, Performance, Race), THREE different levels of Twin Turbochargers (30 PSI, 45 PSI, 60 PSI), FIVE different ECUs (4000-6000 RPM limit).

Includes the Allison 10L1000 10-speed automatic transmission, as well as custom lettering (credits to @RenAzuma66 ) on both ETK800 and ETK K config. Each car has one configuration at 550 hp and 1000+ lb-ft of torque.

Also revised the LT2 sound, plus revised the supercharger boost pressure and the supercharged configs too, slight buff so they don't get dwarfed much by the TT configs.
