What is included in this mod?
Four New Rally Configs -
Vivace NGRC2 (Gravel) + (Tarmac)
Pessima NGRC2 (Gravel) + (Tarmac)
(All NGRC2 Cars Together)
(Duplicate versions of existing rally loops are also included that are locked to NGRC2 cars for competition purposes; custom rally loops will be added eventually)

Currently, it is being run through Discord (link above), but I hope to run it via its own system soon; I just need to learn how to do so. Though you don't need to do anything in Discord to compete, other than submit your time in the appropriate text channel.
