Naming system has changed from version_state to p_state_version, Example: classic_ny to p_ny_classic. Originally i was going to change to naming system of state_version, But some states abbreviations such as ny cause errors and were not working. So p for plate is a way to make sure all states can have the same naming system without having to change it for one or two states that otherwise might have errors.
