Mr Universe Van V1.2.0.4

-i did not like how the current main config was and made it properly based on the classic H series
-removed the late config

-fixed the mod being broken due to how the skin slot was made

-changed the taillights on the van and the body ( now uses the vanilla van body )
-fixed the late model skin being broken
