MTA Matsuo II - V3.1

UPDATE LOG FOR V3.0:

Hi all,

It's been a long time since the Matsuo's last update, and this is most likely the final revision. I think this is as good as it can get.

- Safety reduced to Standard 10s, bringing weight down by over 50kg
- Brake bias has been changed for larger rear brakes (300mm); this prevents fade onset by weight reduction
- Front brake size reduced by 5mm because 320 looks better than 325
- Cooling flaps removed because fuel economy is already excellent
- Overall weight is now 1096 kilograms, down by a total of 69kg (nice)
- The grille has been moved slightly upwards
- Mod pictures have been updated
- Because the MTA lore has been changed, this is now the second-gen car
